FAQ’S

Q) What type of events do you staff for?

We provide servers and bartenders for any venue provided whether its a wedding, private party, corprate meeting, or awards ceremony.

Q) How do we know how many servers and bartenders we need?

We like to insure that everyone at the event is being properly provided for, but the amount of staff is based on the guest count or estimated guest count of the event. Our door is always open for consultations and we are excited to speak with you about your event.

Q) Are your bartenders liscensed to serve alcohol?

Yes. Our bartenders are professional and liscensed by the Alcohol Beverage Comission of Tennsessee to ensure the safety of you and your guests'.

Q) Do you staff servers and bartenders for small private partys at home?

Yes we have a small group of exceptionally talented indiviuals that bring a warm personality to your home. Our tasks would constist of plating, garnishing and serving the prepared food to specifications. We will clean the kitchen and event area, there's no need to lift a finger.

Q) What is the standard uniform for your event staff?

We usually wear tuxedo style white button down shirt with black tie and black pants and in some cases we may add a black vest. Some venues prefer the black button down shirt paired with black pants. The atire of your staff is your decision and we will happy to produce the look of your choice.

Q) Do you cater?

We do not provide the food for the events however in some cases we may help with food preperation.

Q) Do you provide the alcohol for the bar setup?

No we are not lisenced to sell alcohol. All of the alcohol must be provided, however with prior notice we may help bring mixers, sodas, ice, cups and straws and other non-alcohol bar items at the expence of the event host.

Q) Do you provide Chefs for events?

Yes, we can provide certified chef's for your event.

Q) How do I apply for a Jon Fitch Events position?

If you are a bartender, server or certified chef with at least two years experience please email your resume to info@jonfitchevents.com or call our office at 423-756-4153 for an interview and bring your resume in person.

Q) Do you provide the tables and chairs for the events?

We do not provide the tables and chairs for the events but we are happy to setup or breakdown any rented equipment and organize it to the specifications of the rental company to pick up. Q) Can you staff an event with short notice?

Normally we prefer to have at least a couple weeks notice however we have provided staff in the past with a days notice and we would encourage you to give us a call for a free consultation.
